Team Lead through Design and Bidding.
During Design:
- Fast-tracked the design schedule through frequent meetings with Owner and Consultants to bid and complete the summer project before the start of the fall semester.
- Led design documentation and consultant coordination for the Dining Addition.
- Conducted extensive product research to match existing building materials and Owner criteria.
- Researched unique lighting products to facilitate university branding efforts and building wayfinding through innovative, illuminated signage systems.
- Developed shadow and glazing studies to determine the most efficient sun shade depth and spacing. This optimization reduced the cooling load, size of the mechanical units and quantity of sun shades needed.
During Bidding:
- Led Pre-Bid meeting with Principal and responded to RFIs.
