Project Manager and Architect through all phases of design and construction.
During Design:
- Proposed initial floor plan, exterior elevations and phasing in response to program requirements.
- Developed all architectural drawings and specification sections.
- Researched materials and coordinated with manufacturers.
- Submitted drawings for building permit.
During Bidding:
- Managed Bidding phase, responded to questions and prepared Addenda.
During Construction:
- Prepared all contracts for Construction and conducted the Pre-Construction Meeting.
- Reviewed all Submittals and prepared all RFI responses.
- Conducted all site visits and lead all construction meetings.
- Reviewed all payment applications and prepared all drawing revisions.
- Provided updates on construction progress to the Township Board of Supervisors.
