During Design:
- Coordinated design with Owner and Consultants, helped lead drawing production, researched materials and contributed to specification sections.
- Researched applicable codes, coordinated with authorities having jurisdiction, prepared submission documents, and applied for permit.
During Bidding:
- Responded to RFIs.
- Coordinated proposed VE changes with Owner and Prime Contractors to maintain budget.
During Construction:
- Led Submittal reviews and RFI responses.
- Conducted site visits and helped lead construction meetings.
- Reviewed payment applications and prepared drawing revisions under direction of Principal.
